About the role

As a customer success representative, you will be Vested's first point of contact for customer questions, requests, feedback, complains or any other needs. You will be charged with managing relationships between clients and the company. We at Vested strongly believe in 'Users First' and as a Customer Service Executive, you will make sure that we are truly able to keep our users first in our interactions with them.
