About the role

We are looking for a DevOps engineer with experience building and scaling services in a cloud environment. You will work closely alongside tech team leads and the CTO to identify and establish DevOps practices in the company.

You will be responsible for building high performing, stable, and secure infrastructure that is scalable and efficient (e.g. automation, cost-effective solutions), as well as work alongside other technical team leads in training and guiding the team in DevOps practices. This includes:

• Improving CI/CD tooling
• Implementing and improving monitoring and alerting
• Improving security practices
• Building and maintaining highly available systems
• Leading and guiding the team in identifying and implementing new technologies
• Build high-performing web and native applications that are robust and easy to maintain
• Provide technical expertise (e.g. constraints, possibilities) early on in the product ideation and requirements gathering phase

What we're seeking

Experience

• 3+ years in systems/software architecture (relevant technologies, see below)
• 3+ years in DevOps (relevant technologies, see below)
