About the role
As a Product Manager focused on growth you will identify, define, and prioritize features to help grow Vested's global presence. You will develop and test hypotheses to grow the number of new users who use Vested's products. You will be a product leader that collaborates across the company to meet key objectives strategically and effectively. You will work closely with our Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to identify and define features to grow our user base.

What you will do
- Build and manage the growth product roadmap; set goals and track deliverables
- Product feature analysis, planning, prioritization and execution through the entire product lifecycle. This would include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, requirement analysis, working with development teams as product owners to lead implementation using agile methodology, and working closely with all the stakeholders to make sure all their business requirements are met
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify and propose high-impact testing opportunities
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Business leads on features and tests
Prior experience
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant growth product management experience
- Understanding financial technology including cross-border investment is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of analytics and attribution tools
- Deep knowledge of the user journey across multiple devices
- Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Led projects as well as worked cross-functionally
